No, you cannot send money directly to your own account unless you are funding your blocked account or a GIC account.
Is TCS (Tax Collected at Source) applicable on foreign remittance for education?
When sending money abroad for education, TCS might apply to foreign remittances. If you send an amount exceeding ₹7 lakh in a financial year, you'll be charged a 5% TCS on your transaction.
