“Qualifying Spend” refers to:

• Any retail transaction (including face-to-face or online purchases) made in foreign (non-SGD) currency using the Instarem amaze card.
• Qualifying Spend must be made on the Instarem amaze card issued to the eligible user.
• Transaction date is based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Promotion Period to count as Qualifying Spend.
• Cancelled, declined, refunded, or unpaid transactions (whether in part or in full) will not be considered for the computation of Qualifying Spend.
• Transactions involving MCCs that are excluded from earning InstaPoints (/help-personal/mcc-fees/) are not eligible for the computation of Qualifying Spend.

Terms & Conditions for 1,000,000 Miles Giveaway

• Eligible users who complete at least one of the above actions during the Promotion Period will stand to win 100,000 KrisFlyer miles (“Prize”) each via a lucky draw, where winners are selected by lucky draw based on the number of eligible Actions completed.
• Winners will be notified by email (or any mode of communication as Nium Pte. Ltd. may determine) within 14 days after the end of the calendar month. The winner must be a valid KrisFlyer member to receive the prize.
• The winner must provide Nium Pte. Ltd. with their KrisFlyer membership number and name as per their KrisFlyer membership profile by 28 Feb 2025, failing which the prize shall be forfeited.

Promotion 2: New user sign-up offer

What is the New User Sign-Up Offer?

• 5,000 new amaze users will each receive 300 KrisFlyer miles as part of this New User Sign-Up Offer. The offer is distributed as follows:
  • The first 2,000 new amaze users from 1 November 2024 12:00 AM SGT to 30 November 2024 11:59 PM SGT will receive 300 KrisFlyer miles.
  • The first 2,000 new amaze users from 1 December 2024 12:00 AM SGT to 31 December 2024 11:59 PM SGT will receive 300 KrisFlyer miles.

How to qualify for the New User Offer:

Krisflyer miles Terms and Conditions

• KrisFlyer miles will be credited directly to the winner’s KrisFlyer membership account within 30 days from 28 Feb 2025.
• KrisFlyer miles are valid for three (3) years from the date on which they are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account, and no extension is permitted.

• KrisFlyer miles are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other merchandise or vouchers, whether in part or in full.

• Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion. • In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing, and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
